Acceleroot is a brand under Norvivo AS, a company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in skin- and haircare.
Cosmetic nurse, inventor and founder
Jill Smith is a nurse specializing in cosmetic skin care and founder of two Norwegian skin care clinics, and the brains behind Acceleroot. With her passion for skin and hair health, she decided to take up the fight against hair loss, a challenge that affects many and can impair both self-confidence and quality of life.
A problem that affects many
The statistics show that 75% of men and 20-40% of women in Europe experience hair loss, but most available treatments are unfortunately ineffective. Jill saw a need for a better solution and her journey towards developing Acceleroot began.
The solution
Having spent seven years in Botswana discovering the traditional use of natural oils in hair care, Jill combined this knowledge with her expertise. The result was a unique and patent-pending mixture of 100% natural, organic and sustainable oils from seeds, fruit, nuts and leaves from all over the world.
Surprisingly effective
The ambition for Acceleroot was originally to develop an oil for home treatment to be used between the PRP treatments that Jill performs at her clinics. After several of Jill's clients experienced significant results with the oil, even on areas that had been bald for a long time, some chose to try Acceleroot Hair Oil alone and discontinue the PRP treatment. It was based on these experiences that we realized that we had developed a completely independent home treatment against hair loss.

We at Acceleroot are committed to being a reliable and transparent player in an industry with many providers. That is why we invest in clinical studies and thorough testing based on user experience in order to be able to document results. We have ongoing clinical trials and testing based on user experiences, and we look forward to sharing the results later this year.
